Composition commissions issued to Alejandrom Guarello, Boris Alvarado, Pablo Aranda, Aliocha Solovera and Ramón Gorigoitia

As part of an academic exchange project with the musikFabrik ensemble and two Catholic universities in CHILE (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso) five composition commissions are to be issued to Chilean composers with the support of the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation. The composers are Alejandro Guarello, Pablo Aranda, Aliocha Solovera, Boris Alvarado and Ramón Gorigoitia. These will be invited to a seven-day workshop-residency in Cologne with subsequent concert featuring the performers of the musikFabrik ensemble.
