Cheltenham Music Festival in 2013 marks the 69th edition of this festival that presenets around 70 events each year(. Each year, the Festival presents around 70 events) including opportunities to interact with composers and performers through pre-concert talks and on-stage introductions. Over 1000 works have been premiered over seven decades at Cheltenham Music Festival, alongside numerous subsequent performances of previously premiered contemporary works. The Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation supports Cheltenham Music Festival’s 2013 composition commissions isssued to David Sawer, Roxanna Panufnik, Colin Matthews, David Matthews, Piers Hellawell, Dai Fujikura, Kenneth Hesketh, Gabriel Jackson, Erik Esenwalds and Zev Gordon.
