The Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation is to support the publication of Busoni’s letters to his wife. The over 800 letters covering a period from 1889–1923 not only provide insight into Busoni the universal artistic figure but also prove key documents of cultural history in addition to being of outstanding literary quality.
