Joint Adventure: Composition Commissions issued to Anna Korsun and Mikel Urquiza

Joint Adventure is a project that comes care of Ensemble C Barré and Neue Vocalsolisten Stuttgart. It was born out of the two ensembles' mutual interest in each other and their specific respective programs. As part of the project, four composers will write pieces for the special combination of Ensemble C. Barré and Neue Vocalsolisten: Birke Bertelsmeier, Augustin Braud, Anna Korsun and Mikel Urquiza. The EvS Music Foundation is supporting the composition commissions for the latter two. The programs, to be performed both in France and Germany, will be complemented by works by Oscar Bianci, Francesca Verunelli and Clara Iannotta.
