Alvin Lucier. The Sound Perspective

"Trajectory of Music" - Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization for Development of the New Music Scene, Moscow, Russia

To mark Alvin Lucier’s 85th birthday and honor his contribution to New Music the Trajectory of Music is organizing a festival in Moscow. As part of the festival supported by the EvS Music Foundation works by Lucier will be presented to the Moscow audience for the first time and one piece of work will be premiered that was especially composed for the Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble. The declared aim is to help New Music and sound art gain more recognition and reach a wider audience in Russia.
