Divertimento Ensemble Digital Platform

In 2021, the Divertimento Ensemble Digital Platform blends non-digital with digital activities thereby creating spaces for New Music and supporting young conductors and composers. An international workshop for six conductors on the music of the 20th and 21st century will be held in Monferrato. The Divertimento Ensemble will also commission six composers to write for prepared piano. The new compositions will then be performed in a concert as part of Rondò 2021, the Divertimento Ensemble's Milan concert season. The Divertimento Ensemble Digital Platform, featuring musicians from the ensemble Maria Grazia Bellocchio, Stefano Gervasoni, Giuliano Goldwurm and Marco Stroppa, is made possible by the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation.
