Klangwerkstatt Berlin – Festival for New Music 2015

The sound workshop Klangwerkstatt Berlin has set itself the task of presenting the latest, progressive music in first-class experimental performances spanning genre and generational borders. A special feature of the festival is the collaboration it has gradually fostered over many years between professional ensembles and composers with child and youth ensembles – collaboration which has now become automatic.

Once again awaiting this year’s visitors to the festival supported by the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation is a varied program. In 15 concerts participants of all age groups will present newly composed, improvised and experimental works, especially by young local and new-to-Berlin composers and ensembles.
