LPO Young Composers Programme

Now in its 17th year, the London Philharmonic Orchestra’s Young Composers Programme offers promising young composers the opportunity to work on a new piece for 32-piece ensemble with LPO players and Foyle Future Firsts. Each year the LPO selects four artists for a one-year fellowship to develop a program via workshops and seminars, followed by a premiere performance at the Southbank Centre’s Queen Elizabeth Hall in London in July. The Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation is making the LPO Young Composers Programme possible.
