Festival Mixtur 2015

Held for the third time now in April, Festival Mixtur is becoming an increasingly important musical event in Spain. The festival holds its events in a disused factory that has been converted into a cultural space. Participants this year include ensemble recherche, Ensemble 2e2m, CrossingLines and Vertixe Sonora. Furthermore, the composers Agustí Charles, Ramon Lazkano and Clara Maïda will be participating in the festival and holding workshops. The Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation is supporting the festival. Composition commissions this year were issued to Nuria Núñez Hierro, Mateu Malondra, Iñaki Estrada Torio and Agustí Charles.
