Mostra Sonora is an international festival of contemporary music that was created in 2005 in Sueca near Valencia. Since then it has been celebrated there every year without interruption. Over the years, the festival has become a frame of reference for performers and composers, as well as an indispensable event not only for orthodox listeners of the musical avant-garde, but also for audiences interested in new listening experiences through sound art.

Mostra Sonora pays special attention to pedagogical aspects, which it regards as essential for conveying contemporary music to our society. It attaches great importance to the proposals aimed at schoolchildren of all ages and music students of the country's conservatories. Thanks to the organization of the Ajuntamento de Sueca and the invaluable collaboration with its sponsors, Mostra Sonora has become a cultural meeting point around the latest musical creation.
